Exceptions to the Policy
In the rare event that your kit arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@oliveandellequiltco.com within 7 days of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide your order number and clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item. We will work with you to find a solution, which may include replacing the damaged or incorrect item.
