Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Olive & Elle Quilt Co, we understand that your quilting projects are an investment in creativity and heirloom quality. We take great care in preparing and packaging your orders to ensure they arrive in pristine condition, ready for your sewing room.

Processing & Handling

  • Standard Orders: All in-stock items are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • Business Hours: Our shipping department operates Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • We ship all orders from our studio in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania.

  • Carriers: We primarily utilize USPS and UPS to ensure reliable and trackable delivery.

  • Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your curated kits and your delivery location.

Pre-Order Information

For items designated as "Pre-Order" (such as specific curated quilt kits):

  • Estimated shipping windows are provided on the individual product page.

  • Please note that pre-order dates are estimates based on manufacturer fabric release schedules and are subject to change.

  • Note: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order items are available. If you would like in-stock items to ship sooner, please place two separate orders.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been carefully packaged and scanned by the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Olive & Elle Quilt Co is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@oliveandellequiltco.com within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the packaging and contents so we can assist you in filing a claim.
